Optimal placement and interaction of presses and heaters provides efficient deformation. Even one-off productions can be produced using both a 400-ton and 800-tonne press.

Perssen

The production of our elbows takes place according to the well-known "Hamburg procedure".
In this case, a smaller diameter starting pipe is pushed under continuous inductive heating over a widening-bending mandrel and thus brought into the shape of a pipe bend.
Following this bending process, the sheet is given its final shape by calibration in a separate press.

On the various lathes it is possible to machine a wide variety of articles and dimensions for both flanges and fittings.
Depending on requirements, fittings to DIN and EN standards are pre-treated by radiation in a cabin radiator prior to finishing.

Drehen

Especially the new program-controlled machining center (picture above)
allows the completion of a wide variety of pipe fittings in a short time.
In our production furnaces (rotary hearth furnace up to 950 ° C, single-chamber furnace up to 1250 ° C), pipes and blanks are heated to forming temperature in order to prepare them for the subsequent forming processes.

Additional heat treatment furnaces are available to perform a final heat treatment according to standard or customer specification.
